Who can earn rewards
You need to have been part of the community for a short period of time so we can build trust together.
At least one item listed
You should have contributed at least one meaningful post, listing, or interaction.
Completed a sale over $10
At least one of your contributions should have received genuine community support.

Why these rules?
If you're under 18
A parent or guardian must help with payouts
Kingpin is open to everyone in the community — including younger riders and collectors. However, rewards can only be withdrawn through a verified adult account when required by law.
- A parent or legal guardian must set up and verify the payout account.
- Parental approval is required before your first withdrawal.
- The payout account must belong to your parent or guardian.
If you're under 18 and ready to set this up, ask your parent or guardian to contact team@shmaplex.com and we'll guide them through it.
You can still earn rewards, participate in the community, and build your profile while this is being set up. Only withdrawals require a verified adult account.
Your profile age helps determine setup requirements
We use the date of birth in your profile settings to determine if a guardian setup is needed. This information is private and never shown publicly.
Community early access
Early access to rewards is live for founding members
As a thank-you for helping shape the early community, founding members can access rewards before they're available to everyone. This helps us test and refine the experience with real users.
Founding members were identified during early sign-up. If you think you should have access but don't, reach out to support with your account details.
How rewards are paid out
Once you're able to withdraw rewards, you can go to your wallet and choose how you'd like to receive them.
Bank transfer
Receive rewards directly to your bank account. Standard verification may be required depending on region.

Requires a one-time verification step · Transfers are final once sent
Reward requests are reviewed before being sent
Keeping the community fair
Rewards on Kingpin only work when people participate honestly. These guidelines help keep things fair for everyone sending support and earning from it. Breaking them may result in losing access to rewards or account restrictions.
One account per person
Each person should use a single account so rewards stay fair across the community.
No self-support activity
Buying from your own accounts or attempting to artificially increase your reward progress isn’t allowed.
No coordinated farming
Arranging fake or exchanged support between users undermines the community and isn’t permitted. Rewards should reflect real appreciation.
Sales must settle
A sale only counts once it has fully completed and passed the refund window.
Bonus credits are still subject to rules
Occasional free credits from Kingpin are meant to support onboarding, but they don’t override community guidelines.
